Hainan issues free trade port investment guide

The 2022 Hainan Free Trade Port Investment Guide was issued on April 13, aiming to provide guidance to global investors who intend to carry out investment, as well as economic and trade activities in Hainan.

The guide was jointly prepared by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development, and consulting company Deloitte. It has received full support from provincial departments, cities and counties, as well as key industrial parks in terms of the collection, updating, and verification of materials and data.

The guide is bilingual (Chinese and English), elaborating the three dimensions of A Glimpse of Hainan, Investment in Hainan, and Business Environment. It demonstrates the advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port construction, its favorable policies, industrial opportunities, investment highlights, as well as its legalized, internationalized, and convenient business environment, providing investment information for global investors in one document.
