Liu Xiaoming, male, Han nationality, born in September 1964. He holds a doctorate degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Liu is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government.
