Local fishermen choose red fish with thick flesh and delicious taste. They scale and gut the fish, wash and pickle them, and hang them in the sun to make dried red fish. The cooking technique of vegetable wrapped rice in Ding'an City is a unique technique of cooking vegetable wrapped rice in Dingding City area, which belongs to one of the representative projects of Hainan level intangible cultural heritage. Vegetables wrapped rice are eaten in a unique way. They first drizzle sauce on the washed lettuce leaves, put the fried food into the leaves, and then hold it together with their hands to eat, which is a good meaning of "people work together, and do not lose the wealth of the home."
