Hainan National Fashion Goods Pavilion will appear in the fourth Consumer Goods Expo

The 4th China International Consumer Goods Expo will be held in Haikou from April 13 to April 18. On April 8, the reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Tourism and Culture, Radio, Television and Sports that the Consumer Goods Expo will set up the Hainan National Fashion Goods Pavilion, and promote the domestic fashion products with Hainan intangible cultural heritage as the core elements to debut the consumer goods Expo for the first time.

Hainan National Fashion Goods Pavilion is a comprehensive exhibition hall combining the display and sale of Hainan national fashion products and interactive experience of intangible cultural heritage. It is located in Hall 1 of Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total area of 200 square meters, and according to the exhibits and display functions, it is divided into 10 exhibition areas such as cultural and creative fashion products, Huanghuali, Li brocade, coconut carving, rattan weaving, agarwood and intangible cultural heritage interactive experience. It is reported that in the exhibition and sales area of domestic fashion products, Hainan's "homegrown" domestic fashion products such as Huanghuali, Li brocade, coconut carving, rattan weaving, agarwood and its cultural creation will appear in front of tourists in a unique form with the display concept of "New Hainan, New Fashion, New Life". They will allow the guests and tourists to experience the beauty of Hainan, so as to cultivate and grow a new type of consumer group in Hainan, and promote the new consumption growth point of Hainan's domestic fashion products.

What is worth looking forward to is that the Hainan National Fashion Goods Pavilion will exhibit a pair of huge carved coconut vases 2.2 meters high and 90 centimeters in diameter. This pair of coconut vase was made by Fu Shiqiong, the inheritor of the provincial intangible heritage coconut carving craft, and the main pattern reflects the natural scenery of Hainan and the good life of the Hainan people. In addition, in the intangible cultural heritage interactive experience area, a number of non-genetic inheritors will also present representative projects of intangible cultural heritage such as Li brocade skills, coconut carving techniques, Li folk songs and Li bamboo and wood instrumental music. They will allow the guests and tourists to not only intuitively feel the charm of Hainan's excellent traditional culture, but also interact with non-genetic successors, and do a "Hainan non-genetic successors" under the guidance of the inheritors.
