Italian tourists linger in the old street of Haikou Arcade

"Let's eat spicy rice soup first, it's so delicious, and after a while we may have no room!" On January 17, near noon, in the old street of Haikou Arcade, seeing more and more people on the street, Hou Yujing, a tourist from Beijing, urged Rosanna Ossola, an Italian friend who was lingering.

"It's so beautiful here, I want to see it again." Rosanna's mouth responded, but she did not take her eyes off the various special products on the stall.

Hou Yujing lived in Hainan for a short period of two months, and the first stop she chose for Rossana was the Old Street of Haikou Arcade. She believes that as an art curator who is deeply interested in Chinese culture, Rosanna will definitely like the historical and cultural atmosphere of the arcade. Therefore, after receiving Rosanna at the airport at 9 o 'clock that day, Hou Yujing went straight to the arcade street with his friends.

"Foreign friends come to Hainan mainly to feel the different local culture. Haikou is my top destination because of its rich culture." Hou Yujing said.

"The packaging of rice is very interesting" "Hainan coffee is different from Italian coffee, I want to buy some to take away". Rosanna was pushed forward by the crowd, looking at the buildings, looking at the gray sculptures, looking at the goods, everything was so new and interesting.

Taking Rosanna back to the old street of the shophouse, Hou found that the shophouse was slightly different from before: the hanging lanterns were colorful, the word "fu" could be seen everywhere, and the two sides of the old street were filled with red-painted stalls selling partridges tea, coconut cakes, bamboo and rattan woven goods. In addition to the thick sense of history and steaming fireworks, this old street has added a lot of happiness.

"Thank you for bringing me to such a nice place. I wish I could stay here forever." Rosanna couldn't help but stop and give Hou Yujing a big hug.

Hou Yujing patted Rosa Na, delighted to respond to her embrace. She was genuinely happy to see that Rosanna also liked Hainan culture.

Rosanna will stay in Haikou for 3 days, Hou Yujing has not thought about where to take her next station. The beautiful volcanic geopark, the cloud Cave library they had seen in the documentary, the cruise ship that toured Haikou at night. There are many places in Haikou that let her heart yearn for.
