It is reported that Hainan Youzhi Youxing registered in Haikou City in April 2021 and applied to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for independent fund sales qualification, with public fund retail as the main business and small and medium-sized investors as the main service object. After the approval of the public fund sales qualification, Hainan Youzhi Youxing will change its name to "Hainan Youzhi Youxing Fund Sales Co., LTD." in accordance with regulatory requirements, and complete the preparatory work for opening within six months.
