On April 29th, the Sanya International Duty-Free City Tourist Area held the unveiling ceremony of the National 4A-level Tourist Attraction. This is the first national-level tourist attraction in the country with duty-free business as its core carrier.
It is reported that the scenic area is composed of three main building clusters and the landmark landscape "Yunjie Bridge", with "architectural art aesthetics" as its core attraction, deeply integrating high-end shopping with cultural and tourism experiences. The upcoming May Day holiday marks the first short break for Sanya International Duty-Free City after its upgrade to a scenic area. During this period, the duty-free city will launch a variety of theme activities, attracting tourists to participate and experience with colorful and surprising gifts, creative consumption scenarios and exciting interactive links.
From now until May 5th, Sanya International Duty-free City Tourist Area is offering 5x points for all selected brands across all categories, and multiple discounts for selected beauty brands. There are also super value benefits such as bonus points for reaching a certain amount, immediate discounts for reaching a certain amount, and gifts for reaching a certain amount. At the same time, the duty-free special consumption vouchers issued by the Sanya Municipal Government are available simultaneously, with a total of six denominations offering full reduction for consumers to choose from. During the festival, Duty-free City will also join hands with Estee Lauder Companies to create a "Star Night" pop-up store. Tropical-themed laser shows, limited-time party performances and the "One-Night Store Manager" interactive session will be staged one after another, presenting visitors with an immersive experience that integrates audio-visual and shopping.

During the "cdf Global Enjoyment Season" event, the "Hua Rong Yuan" traditional Chinese style exclusive makeup and styling experience combines traditional culture with modern aesthetics, providing customers with exclusive makeup and styling and photography experience rights services. "Quganji - Plush Market" creates a cute and fun check-in and consumption scene with immersive interactive scenarios, the first release of popular IP merchandise and treasure-hunting game experiences, allowing consumers to enjoy a diverse and exciting immersive interactive new experience while shopping.
As the core carrier of Hainan's duty-free policy for leaving the island, Sanya International Duty-free City has received over 92 million tourists since its opening in 2014. A relevant official from China Tourism Group's Hainan region stated that Sanya International Duty-free City has upgraded traditional commercial Spaces into immersive cultural and tourism experience platforms through world-class architectural art, international fashion exhibitions, and diverse consumption scenarios.
