Basic Overview

The Haikou CDF Daily Consumer Goods Duty-Free Store is one of the first duty-free outlets established under the "zero-tariff imported consumer goods" policy of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Opened on Feb 11, 2026, the store allows eligible Hainan residents to purchase imported daily goods free of import tariffs, import VAT, and consumption tax within an annual quota.
