As the island-wide special customs operations take effect on Dec 18 in China's southernmost island province of Hainan, the country continues to open its doors wider to international companies. China's commitment to high-level opening-up of its market is warmly welcomed by British businesses, according to Sir Sebastian Wood, Chairman of Schroders Plc China and Chair of the China-Britain Business Council, or CBBC.
