Zhao Feng

vice-governor

Zhao Feng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1972. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a senior engineer and a member of the Communist Party of China. Currently, he serves as a member of the leading Party members group and vice-governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government. Additionally, he serves as director of the Office of the Financial Commission of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and secretary of the Financial Work Commission of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee.

Duties:

Zhao is in charge of housing and urban-rural development, finance, State-owned assets supervision, and the reform of State-owned enterprises. 

He oversees the following institutions: the Hainan Provincial Department of Business Environment Development, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Informatization, the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Hainan Provincial People’s Government, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Local Financial Regulation and Supervision, the Hainan Provincial Big Data Development Center, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Housing Provident Fund Management, and Hainan State Farms Investment Holding Group Co Ltd.

He also maintains communication with the following provincial entities: the Hainan branch of the People's Bank of China, the Hainan Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the Hainan Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Hainan Provincial Communications Administration, the Hainan Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Administration, the Hainan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Hainan Provincial Communist Youth League Committee, and the Hainan Provincial Women's Federation.
