Li Feng

Vice-Governor

Li Feng, male, Li ethnicity, was born in November 1973. He holds a postgraduate degree from the Party School of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and is a CPC member. He is currently a member of the 8th CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, a member of the leading Party members group and vice-governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government.

Duties:

Li is responsible for work related to human resources and social security, civil affairs, ethnic affairs, veterans affairs, market regulation, and intellectual property rights.

He supervises the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Hainan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Hainan Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Hainan Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs, the Hainan Provincial Market Regulation Bureau, the Hainan Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and the Hainan Provincial Social Insurance Service Center.

He also maintains communication with the Hainan Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Hainan Provincial Federation of Taiwan Compatriots, and the troops stationed in Hainan.
