Liu Xiaoming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1964. He holds a postgraduate degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Liu is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, secretary of the leading Party members group and governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government.

Duties:

The governor is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the provincial government and oversees audit-related matters.

He supervises the Department of Audit of Hainan Province.
