1. About Hainan Normal University
Hainan Normal University (HNNU), founded in the autumn of 1949, is the oldest public undergraduate institution in Hainan Province. It is a key provincial university co-established by the Hainan Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education of China, serving as a vital base for cultivating outstanding teachers, high-level professionals, and scientific research. 2. About the School of Education
The School of Education at HNNU traces its origins to the Department of Education established in 1951. The school offers four undergraduate programs: Pedagogy, Educational Technology, Preschool Education, and Special Education. Among these, the Pedagogy program is recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program. The school possesses a provincial key characteristic discipline — Education, and offers a self-established second-level doctoral program in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, as well as an authorized first-level master's degree program in Education. The school has established a collaborative undergraduate program in Preschool Education with DePaul University (USA). It is home to the "Data Science and Smart Education" Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education and the Hainan Institute of Education Reform and Development, a key provincial think tank.

4. Remuneration and Benefits
(1) Competitive salary package: The university offers internationally competitive salaries and talent allowances (annual salary range: 800,000 to 1,200,000 yuan); terms are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

(2) Research team support: Ample research start-up funds are provided. Support is given for forming research teams, with priority for recruiting young faculty and postdoctoral researchers, and guaranteed doctoral student enrollment quotas.

(3) Housing security: On-campus transitional housing is available. Those recognized as Class C or above high-level talent in Hainan province are eligible for fully owned talent apartments provided by the province.
