Qiongtai Normal University is a full-time public undergraduate institution administered by the Hainan Provincial People's Government. Located in Haikou, the beautiful "Coconut City" of Hainan, the university has two campuses: Guilinyang and Fucheng, covering a total area of 1,067 mu.

The Fucheng Campus is situated in the historic town of Fucheng, where the serene environment, towering ancient trees, and rich cultural heritage of the thousand-year-old Qiongzhou Prefecture create a scholarly atmosphere. The Guilinyang Campus is located in the Jiangdong New District of the Hainan Free Trade Port, adjacent to the Dongzhai Port Mangrove Nature Reserve and close to Meilan International Airport. It enjoys both the prosperity of the provincial capital and the tranquility of a world-class wetland.
