The overlap of the relevant policies means that individuals from 88 countries can now enter Hainan for tourism, family visits, trade, and other purposes visa-free, and people from all 183 countries that have established diplomatic relations with China can enter in tour groups from Hong Kong and Macao or by cruise ship.
