To better serve the growing electricity needs of foreign enterprises and expatriates, the Haikou Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid is among the first in Hainan province to launch a bilingual electricity service. Dedicated counters for foreign enterprises have been established at service halls, offering English-language business guides and application forms and staffed with professional bilingual personnel providing personalized, full-process support.

To date, the dedicated team has assisted 76 foreign-invested enterprises, cutting the average application time by 35 percent compared with standard procedures. In addition, a specialized foreign-language customer service team has been formed to ensure that electricity supply is tailored to business production schedules — delivering truly "convenient, doorstep service" to foreign businesses and expatriates alike.
