The Hainan 12345 hotline, a unified government services platform, marked its 10th anniversary on July 1.

Over the decade, it has consolidated over 50 government hotlines and handled a total of nearly 60 million queries in China’s southernmost province of Hainan. It covers all 19 cities and 80 provincial agencies in Hainan, providing professional and efficient government services through the unified hotline.

To promote the high-quality development and global engagement of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the hotline offers services in seven languages and it’s pioneered a policy desk with a three-way call mechanism.

 
The hotline will continue to shine as the free trade port’s “chief customer service operator”.
