Who can apply
Talent visa is issued to those who are high-level qualified talent or whose skills are urgently needed by China.
Documents required
• Original passport
• One Visa Application Form completed online, printed and signed by hand
• A color passport photo taken within six months
• A round-trip flight ticket booking confirmation and itinerary in China
• Relevant certificate documents provided by high-level talent and personnel with special skills urgently needed by China, who meet the relevant requirements of China's competent departments.

Where to extend your visa
If you are in Hainan and want to extend your R visa, you can choose to apply for visa documents at the window of the following public security exit and entry management agency nearby.
(1) Public security entry and exit window of the government service center of Hainan provincial government: 1st Floor, No 3 Wuzhishan Nanlu, Meilan district, Haikou, Hainan province.Fees
1. Single-entry and first-time visas (non-reciprocal countries): 160 yuan per person;
2. Double-entry visas (non-reciprocal countries): 235 yuan per person;
3. Multiple-entry visas valid for up to six months (inclusive) (non-reciprocal countries): 425 yuan per person;
4. Multiple-entry visas valid for up to one year (inclusive) (non-reciprocal countries): 635 yuan per person;
5. Addition or removal of accompanying persons (non-reciprocal countries): 160 yuan per person;
6. Fees for reciprocal countries are charged in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
