Who is eligible
You may apply for a K visa if you meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from a recognized university or research institution;
2. Are currently engaged in research or teaching in a STEM field at a recognized institution.
Note: Applicants are assessed based on age, educational background and relevant professional experience.
