To streamline administrative procedures for international professionals who want to work in Hainan and for enterprises seeking to hire global talent, Hainan province has launched its "Work in China" one-stop solution on the Hainan International Service Website (https://wssp.hainan.gov.cn) and the Haiyiban platform.

The integrated solution consolidates nine key services — including Foreigner Work Permits, Work-Type Residence Permits, Employee Social Insurance Registrations, and Overseas Professional Qualification Recognition — into a single online entryway, drastically reducing paperwork through automated data sharing.

Applicants and companies can log in with individual or corporate accounts under the Efficient One-Stop Services section to complete forms, submit applications, and track progress in real time.

Global talent and employers in Hainan are welcome to visit the online platform or local government service centers — for a faster, seamless and fully interconnected administrative experience.
