The head-turning 2026 ADEX Asia Dive Expo is set to run from Oct 30 to Nov 1 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou, capital of South China's Hainan province.
This will mark the first international economic and technical exhibition to be co-hosted by a foreign organization in Hainan, according to Hainan Daily.
Jointly organized by Singapore's Underwater360 Group and Braim International Convention and Exhibition Group, the expo will feature nine themed zones, including the Tourism Boards of Maritime Nations and Island Tourism zones.
Other zones are themed Cruise Stays, Diving Equipment, Dive Training, Technical Diving, Underwater Photography, Mermaid Performances and Children's Diving.
Specialized areas dedicated to diving training and diving equipment will occupy about 40 percent of the overall exhibition space.
The event will bring together over 600 top exhibitors, including more than 400 international brands and around 200 top-tier domestic exhibitors.
A lineup of activities with snappy themes will be showcased, led by the 2025 Underwater Performance Competition (Mermaid & Underwater Dance), among others.
The expo is expected to draw a massive 60,000 attendees from around the world, with professional visitors accounting for about 80 percent of the audience.
Roughly 80 percent of the exhibitors and visitors to the expo will be from outside Hainan.
What's more, all the stands will be constructed with renewable, recyclable and eco-friendly materials to highlight environmental sustainability.
Founded by Singapore's Underwater360 Group, the ADEX Asia Dive Expo has a proud history spanning over 30 years.
