Hainan provides one-stop convenient and efficient services for international investors via its website, "One-stop Service for Investment in Hainan".

The website, which was officially launched in August 2020, is the first national investment whole-process "package-style" service platform.

The website currently has five sections, namely, Consultation Service, Establish Company, Investment Project, Supporting Service, and Offshore Trade.

It has three features that bring convenience to international investors.

First, it is a single window that integrates various business systems and service functions and builds an online corridor connecting different departments.

This enables users to browse and handle investment-related government services and public services through "one window" and saves enterprises the hassle of visiting different departments.

Second, the website's intelligent guidance eases the service process for international investors. Relying on the province's unified identity authentication system and data sharing system, the website promotes a collaborative linkage of investment services online and offline, across departments and scenarios.

Focusing on high-frequency handling of matters for the operation of foreign-invested enterprises and the daily life of enterprise employees, it integrates various service functions such as financial services, headquarters recognition, car and house purchase, and medical and health care, and  it employs a new "one-window handling" model for foreign investment matters.

Third, offline windows provide "proximity services". About 24 offline service windows have been added in the government service centers of all cities and counties in the province and in key parks. The investment promotion department arranges special personnel to be stationed to promptly respond to enterprises' offline consultation and service demands.
