This guide outlines key information, including requirements, procedures and contact details, for completing employee insurance registration in Hainan.

Basic Requirements
The employer applies for the registration of basic pension insurance, basic medical insurance (including maternity coverage), work-related injury insurance and unemployment insurance for eligible employees, whether due to new recruitment, transfer or merger.

Submit Application
Applications are required to be submitted at a designated office in Hainan.
Provincial-level service information:
Address: Hainan provincial government affairs service center, No 3 Wuzhishan Nanlu, Meilan district, Haikou, Hainan province
Service hours: 8:15 am–12:15 am and 2:30 pm–5:30 pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
(Note: The office is closed on weekends. Service hours remain the same year-round in Hainan.)
