Like Aladdin with his Magical Lamp, British visitor Michael discovers a century-old English lamp in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan province.

Intrigued, he embarks on a journey to uncover its origins and finds himself captivated in a museum of lamps, each telling tales of illumination. Even more fascinatingly, on a century-old Arcade Street, Michael also uncovered the history of a power system.
