Application Requirements
Application conditions for declaring tax matters:
1. Taxpayers engaged in production and operations must report all account numbers to the tax authorities in accordance with laws and administrative regulations after opening or changing bank accounts.
2. The financial and accounting systems or the financial and accounting procedures and the accounting softwares of taxpayers engaged in production or business operations shall be submitted to the tax authorities for the record.
3. Small-scale VAT taxpayers shall fill out a VAT Tax Declaration Form (Applicable to Small-scale Taxpayers), attached materials and other relevant documents in accordance with the tax laws, regulations and other relevant provisions and submit them to the tax authorities for a tax declaration within the specified taxation period.
