Basic requirements
The term of the foreign legal adviser's employment contract has expired and will not be renewed.
The law firm has lost its eligibility to employ foreign lawyers as foreign legal advisers.
Required materials
1. Application for cancellation of the filing of a foreign legal adviser;
2. Foreign legal adviser's certificate.
Where to submit your application
Authority: Hainan Provincial Department of Justice
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-noon and 2:30 pm-5:30 pm (except public holidays)
