Basic requirements
The term of the reciprocal legal adviser assignment agreement has expired and will not be renewed.
Both parties mutually agree to terminate the reciprocal legal adviser assignment agreement during its validity period.
Required materials
1. Written application;
2. Chinese Legal Adviser Certificate;
3. Foreign Legal Adviser Certificate.

Authority: Hainan Provincial Department of Justice
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-noon and 2:30 pm-5:30 pm (except public holidays)
