This guide provides essential information to foreign organizations and individuals — as well as for those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan —on applying for approval to hold foreign art exhibitions (excluding cultural relics) within Hainan province.

Basic requirements
The proposed exhibitions shall be foreign art exhibitions (excluding cultural relics) held within the province for the purpose of cultural exchanges.

Required materials
1. Written application;
2. Itinerary for the proposed visit;
3. Exhibition catalogue;
4. Exhibition contract or letter of intent;
5. Invitation letter.
