This guide provides essential information to enterprises, public institutions and other organizations on completing online record filing of environmental impact registration forms of construction projects.

Basic requirements
Construction projects subject to environmental impact registration form filing shall comply with the requirements set out in the Classified Management List for Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.

Before submitting an application, the construction entity shall carefully review and verify the applicable category under the Classified Management List for Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects to confirm that the project falls within the scope of projects required to complete an environmental impact registration form.

For construction projects that are required under the applicable provisions to prepare an environmental impact report or environmental impact report form, the construction entity shall not lower the applicable environmental impact assessment category without authorization by completing an environmental impact registration form and proceeding with the record filing.
