This guide provides essential information to enterprises on applying for reviews of safety facility designs for hazardous chemicals construction projects.

Basic requirements
Applicants shall comply with the requirements set out in the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Safety of Hazardous Chemical Construction Projects.

The design entity shall carry out the design of safety facilities for the construction project in accordance with applicable production safety laws, regulations, rules, national standards and industry standards, as well as the written opinions issued following the review of safety conditions for the construction project.

The design of safety facilities shall be prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Safety Design Management of Chemical Construction Projects (AQ/T 3033).

The design dossier for safety facilities of the construction project shall comply with the requirements set out in the Guidelines for Preparation of the Design Dossier for Safety Facilities of Hazardous Chemical Construction Projects.

1. Application form and related documents for a review of a safety facility design for the hazardous chemicals construction project;
2. Supporting documents evidencing the design qualifications of the design entity;
3. Design dossier for safety facilities of the construction project.
