This guide provides essential information to enterprises in Hainan on applying for the design review of safety facilities for metal smelting construction projects.

Basic requirements
Upon completion of the design of safety facilities for a metal smelting construction project, the project entity shall apply to the competent emergency management authority for a design review and submit the required application materials in accordance with the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the "Three Simultaneous" Safety Facilities for Construction Projects.

Required materials
1. Application form for design review of safety facilities for construction projects;
2. Approval, ratification or filing documents for the construction project;
3. Qualification documents of the design institution;
4. Design documents for the safety facilities of the construction project;
5. Safety pre-evaluation report for the construction project.
