This guide provides essential information to enterprises on applying for a record filing for the operation of Class II non-pharmaceuticals precursor chemicals.

Basic requirements
Applicants shall be chemicals products trading enterprises or pharmaceuticals trading enterprises duly registered in accordance with the law.

Required materials
1. Application for record filing of Class II non-pharmaceuticals precursor chemicals, including information on product categories, production volumes and sales volumes;
2. Management system for precursor chemicals;
3. Product packaging specifications and instructions for use;
4. Copy of the business license.
