This guide provides essential information for canceling a foreign-invested business in Hainan.

Qualified Applicants
Qualified applicants encompass natural persons, enterprise legal persons, public institution legal persons, social organization legal persons, unincorporated organizations, administrative organs and other organizations.

Basic Requirements
A legal entity organization established in accordance with the law and capable of assuming corresponding legal responsibilities.

Submit Application
Applications can be submitted at designated offices in Hainan (see below).
1. Hainan
Authority: Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation
Service hours: 8:00 am–noon and 2:30 pm–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
