This guide covers the essentials for cancelling a registered partnership business in Hainan.

Qualified Applicants
Qualified applicants encompass natural persons, enterprise legal persons, public institution legal persons, social organization legal persons, unincorporated organizations, administrative organs and other organizations.

Basic Requirements
To qualify as a partnership enterprise, the following criteria must be met:
1. There are two or more partners. If the partner is a natural person, they must have full civil capacity.
2. There is a written partnership agreement.
3. There are contributions subscribed or paid by the partners.
4. The partnership enterprise has a name and a place of business and production.
5. Other conditions stipulated by law and administrative regulations.

Applications may be submitted online at designated offices in Hainan (see below).
