This guide provides essential information to foreign enterprises in Hainan on applying for approval of changes to foreign-invested printing enterprises.

Basic requirements
The enterprise shall hold a valid Printing Business License.

The enterprise shall not have been subject to any administrative penalties, or any such penalty cases shall have been concluded.

The registered particulars of the enterprise require amendment.

Required materials
1. Application form for change registration of printing enterprises in Hainan;
2. Resolution of the board of directors (or shareholders' meeting) and amendments to the articles of association;
3. Identity document of the legal representative;
4. Printing Business License (original and duplicate copies);
5. Supporting documents proving ownership of production equipment.
