Basic requirements
The registration of foreign skilled workers, such as high-end star hotel chefs, overseas tour guides, and personnel in urgently needed technical positions in industries such as tourism, tropical agriculture, high-tech, education, culture, and sports in Hainan, will be carried out by the employer in accordance with the needs of key industries in Hainan, focusing on tourism, tropical characteristic high-efficiency agriculture, high-tech education, cultural and sports industries. The Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, as the industry regulatory department, will review and register the proposed employment positions for foreign skilled workers.

1. Foreign Skilled Personnel Recognition Form for the Tourism Industry.
2. Labor contract (agreement) signed with foreign personnel.
3. Passport of foreign nationals.
4. Certificate of No Criminal Record.
5. Skills Certificate.
6. Health Certificate.
