Basic requirements
"Regulations on the Management of Safety Technical Training and Assessment for Special Operation Personnel," Decree No. 30 of the State Administration of Work Safety in 2015 (Revised according to Decree No. 80 of the State Administration of Work Safety) Article 16: Special operation personnel who meet the requirements of Article 4 of these regulations and pass the examination shall apply to the assessment and certification authority at their place of household registration or employment for the Special Work Operation Certificate. They shall submit copies of their ID card, academic certificate, physical examination certificate, examination pass certificate, and other relevant materials.
