Basic requirements
This service applies to foreign nationals who have been employed by an employer in the Hainan Free Trade Port and who hold overseas professional qualifications.
Required materials
1. Employment agreement or labor contract;
2. Overseas professional qualification certificate(s);
3. A letter of commitment from the employer regarding the authenticity and validity of the overseas professional qualification(s).
Where to submit your application
Authority: Talent Development Bureau of the Communist Party of China's Hainan Provincial Committee
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-noon and 2:30 pm-5:30 pm (except public holidays)
