Basic requirements
Foreign nationals who have been employed by an employer in the Hainan Free Trade Port and have obtained overseas professional qualifications.

1. Professional and Technical Qualification Evaluation Form of Hainan Province;
2. Personal statement;
3. Screenshots of online search results for published papers and works;
4. Supporting materials related to professional title evaluation.
