Q: Is there a fee charged for labor dispute arbitration?
A: According to Article 53 of the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, arbitration of labor disputes is free of charge. Funding for labor-dispute arbitration commissions shall be guaranteed by the government.
