Baisha County will create 10 beautiful villages along the Rainforest Rim National Park Tourist Highway

Recently, the "Baisha Li Autonomous County 2024 Beautiful Village Construction Project Implementation Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "plan") was released. The county plans to build 12 beautiful rural construction projects in 2024, of which 10 projects are distributed along the tourist highway of the Tropical Rainforest National Park, forming a chain of beads to form a beautiful rural landscape of "all the way to Baisha County".

The plan proposed that the 10 beautiful villages built along the tropical rainforest National Park tourism highway are: Qifang Town Yawang Village, Nalai Village, Longjiangju, Yacha Town Zhizhen Village, Baishaju, Qingsong Township Dasong Village, Da'an Town Heshui Village, Xishui Township Fumen Village, Hekou Village and Jinbo Township Jinboju. Baisha County will focus on improving the completeness of rural infrastructure, the convenience of public services, the comfort of living environment, and the visibility of rural scenery, and integrate tourism landscape, riverside customs, rural scenery, ecological conservation, cultural inheritance, urban and rural integration and other themes, to create a beautiful rural landscape of "beautiful, fun, delicious, civilization".

The plan also makes clear that the construction of beautiful villages will strengthen the systematic management of rural water, air, soil and human settlements, and effectively protect and restore natural resources such as mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasses. They will cultivate diversified rural industry integration subjects, combining beautiful villages with rural formats, tourism highways, shared farms, and agriculture-cultural tourism integration projects. They will protect and inherit the excellent local culture of Baisha, fully tap the excellent farming culture of Baisha, carry forward the red culture of the first gun of the Baisha uprising, and strengthen the protection and utilization of historical and cultural villages and traditional villages.(Reporter Liu Ningyue)
