"Haiyiban" platform online international service zone

In order to improve the working and living facilitation of foreigners in Hainan, the Provincial Business Environment Construction Department and the provincial Big Data Administration Bureau, relying on the "Haiyiban" platform, launched the international service zone to provide one-stop guide services for foreigners to do business, live, work, travel, investment and shopping in Hainan.

The International Service Zone was launched on the APP of the "Haiyiban" platform on April 3, and foreign nationals can experience various services of the International Service Zone after registering "Haiyiban" users through their passports.

The relevant person in charge of the provincial Business Environment Construction Department introduced that the international service zone mainly provides convenience for foreign personnel in three aspects: First, the launch of theme service guidelines. Guided by the main needs of foreigners coming to Hainan for work and life, the zone sets eight theme modules, including government services, investment, tourism, life, work, study abroad, shopping, and free trade port characteristic services, to realize the rapid navigation of policy information and accurate direct service.

The second is to provide English guidance services. The Provincial Business Environment Construction Department jointly launched the English version of the foreign affairs service guide with 25 units such as public security, foreign affairs Office and customs, effectively solving the problems of foreign personnel's language barrier and unclear procedures. The English version of the first batch of 96 foreign-related matters has been put into use, further improving the convenience of foreigners in Hainan to apply for visas and residence permits, work permits in China, talent identification and other matters.

Third, the implementation of high-frequency matters online. Carry out fine sorting and transformation of high-frequency foreign-related government affairs, simplify the working process, and launch the English page. For example, the foreign staff accommodation registration items that have been online in the zone can realize the "zero running" of foreign staff for accommodation registration.(Reporter Song Lingyun)
